Dr. Jennifer Hynes

Dr. Jennifer (Jenny) Hynes is a Professor of Organisation and Management based in Berlin, Germany.

Jenny has been working in education and consulting for several years. Her experience includes working as a programme director, lecturer, course designer and thesis supervisor in institutions such as Trinity College Dublin and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.

Jenny also delivers bespoke material for organisations within the organisational psychology/behaviour and human resource management fields. In particular, she specialises in workplace wellbeing; focusing on effective ways to promote a positive working climate, build motivation and reduce stress and burnout.

Jenny has presented papers at conferences such as the European Association of Work and Organisational Psychology, the British Academy of Management, the Educational Studies Association of Ireland, and the Irish Academy of Management. She holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology/Behaviour, a Master of Education, a Master of International Economics, a Bachelor of Business Studies (Hons), and a Cambridge Certificate in teaching English to non-native speakers (CELTA).
